Activities

  • Rainbow Lake

    Rainbow Lake is located within the Pinetop-Lakeside town limits, but has a wide range of fish species including trout, bass, catfish, and some northern pike. It’s about a 15-minute drive from the cabin. Boat rentals are also available at Rainbow’s End Resort near the lake.

  • Woodland Lake

    Woodland Lake Park has numerous recreational facilities, including a volleyball court, children’s playground, ball fields, and a floating fishing dock. Picnic facilities have covered ramadas, picnic tables, charcoal grills, and restrooms. If you enjoy hiking, there are easy trails close to the lake as well.

  • Horseback Riding

    Spend the day on horseback and take in the vibrant, live forest on safe, non-motorized and marked trails of the White Mountains Trails System centered in Pinetop-Lakeside. Two options are Pinetop Lakes Activity Center & Stables (3 mins. away) or Porter Mountain Stables (13 mins. away).

  • Pinetop Lakes Golf

    Pinetop Lakes Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole executive golf course. It has 5 par-4's and 2 par-5's with the rest being par 3's. All the holes are lined on each side with beautiful tall pines and gorgeous homes. To learn more or book a tee time, check out their website.
