Kitchen: The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, Keurig (with K-cups included!), and all of the dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils you’ll need. And there’s plenty of seating in the dining/bar area to enjoy meals with friends and family.

Living room: The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a smart TV that includes Netflix, Disney +, and Hulu.

Laundry Room: The laundry room has a washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets available (*double-check*)

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has one queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub, private door access to the backyard balcony. There is also a dedicated workspace with a printer, and two large dressers for your clothes and belongings.

Other Bedrooms: One room has a queen bed and the other room has a bunk bed. Both rooms have closets with plenty of space for your clothes and belongings.

Bathrooms: The 2nd bathroom is close to the other two rooms and has a shower and bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are stocked in both bathrooms.

There is plenty of space on the driveway for 2-3 cars to park. There are 2 private covered decks with spacious seating areas - one in the front and one in the backyard. In the backyard, there is a gas grill and plenty of wood for the outdoor firepit.

Pack ’n play/Travel crib & high chair are available for use.

Check-in time is any time from 3-9 pm.

Check-out is at or before 11 am.

Noise Level: If you plan to be up past 9PM, please move inside in order to not disturb the neighbors nearby. The neighbors are great people and we do not want complaints due to loud guests. If we get noise complaints, the HOA will levy fines and we will not be able to rent our house out anymore. We appreciate your understanding!
